Mackin in Bairns switch
Dylan Mackin has left Livingston after the striker was sold to Championship outfit Falkirk for an undisclosed fee.
Despite being the club’s top scorer last term, with eight goals, the former Motherwell youngster was shipped out on loan to Brechin City in January after the arrivals of both Ryan Hardie and Lee Miller to the Tony Macaroni Arena.
Mackin, who earlier in his career had loan spells at both Airdrieonians and Alloa Athletic, signed for the Lions on a two-year deal after being released by Motherwell.
He made 21 appearances for Livi and was set to be move further down the pecking order this season following the arrival of player-manager Kenny Miller.
Livingston have a sell-on clause as part of the deal, with Mackin having signed a one-year contract with Paul Hartley’s men.
