Grace Harris email@example.com Memory Cave Café The cafe takes place on the 3rd Friday of each month and is held within Armadale Community Centre and Library for people with dementia and their carers. The café is supported by Alzheimer Scotland and run by volunteers from the Armadale community and is a place where carers and family members can drop in at any time between 10am – 12 noon. The cafe provides a place to meet where people understand dementia, gain peer support and information, and enjoy a good blether with a varied programme each month which includes games, quizzes music and crafts. Carers or family members with someone they are caring for with dementia are always made most welcome. Harmony Dance Club takes place on Tuesdays at the usual time of 1.30pm – 3.30pm in Armadale Community Centre and Library where existing and new members are always warmly welcomed. History of Armadale Association Meet on the second Tuesday of the month in Colinsheil Court from 2pm-4pm. All welcome. Armadale Shed is situated at Masonic Place, 7 South Street, Armadale. 1st Armadale Girls Brigade Meet on Tuesday evenings in Armadale Parish Church hall with Explorers (P1-P3) meeting from 6pm-7.15pm. Juniors (P4-P7), 7pm-8.30pm. Brigaders (S1-S6) 7.45pm-9.15pm. All new and existing brigaders will be warmly welcomed.
Armadale Parish Church Sunday morning services are held at 11am and all will be warmly welcomed. The Sunday School also meet at 11am. The Church is planning to embark on a major project for improving accessibility to the Church halls which are widely used by the Community and Church organisations. The cost of this project is major and fund raising for this work is essential and if you can help to fund raise in any way or donate towards this work the Church would be delighted. We ask for everyone’s help as the Church is a large part of the Armadale Community. A Community Consultation Survey is being carried out at the moment and the Church is urging people to go on line to the Armadale Parish Church website and follow the link to the survey as the Church would like as many people as possible to complete the short survey. Paper copies of the survey are also available. The craft group meet every Thursday in the hall at 2pm. All welcome.

Thrift Shop is held in Armadale Parish Church hall on Tuesdays from 10am-12 noon. Why not come along and browse and pick up a bargain and enjoy a cup of tea and a blether. All welcome.
Knit and Natter Knit for charity in Armadale Methodist Church Hall on the first and third Tuesday of the month from 2pm – 4pm. Even if you don’t knit why not come along and enjoy a cuppa and a chat. Everyone will be made most welcome.

Boys’ Brigade The Boys Brigade meet every Thursday evening in Armadale Parish Church hall and it would be great to see existing brigaders and any boys who would be interested in joining the Brigade. The Anchors for (P2-P3’s) meet from 5.45pm-6.45pm and the Junior Section starting today for (P4/P5/ P6’s) meet from 6.45pm-8.00pm. Come along and enrol and meet new friends and have fun.
