Party Food

Where London - - Dining -

For a party atmosphere, look no further than The Palomar. The staff can be seen singing along to Gogol Bordello songs and bantering in myriad languages, but they always give excellent service. The restaurant, an offshoot of the popular Jerusalem eatery Machneyuda, presents a riotous party of Levantine cuisine: Palestinian, Turkish, Yemeni and Iraqi, drawing on Jewish, Arabic and Mediterranean flavours. Follow the waiter’s recommendation and start with a meze platter. For something more adventurous, try the ’deconstructed kebab’ – a platter of spicy minced lamb with pine nuts and harissa.
