Sci­en­tists car­ry­ing out tests on the skele­ton of Richard III have found “over­whelm­ing ev­i­dence” of in­fi­delity in hish fam­ily tree. Ge­netic mat terial from the re­mains of the Plan­ta­genet monarch, wwhich were un­earthed inn 2012, shows that while DNA passed down on the ma­ter­nal side matches that of his liv ving rel­a­tives, in­for­ma­tion ffrom the male side does s not.
