Are you about to be reunited with a family member for the first time in years?
A brand-new documentary series is looking to hear from people who have lost touch with loved ones, and have managed to track them down – either independently or with the help of specialist agencies.
Each programme will follow the process and detective work used by families and agencies as they hunt for lost relatives, and the cameras will be there to capture the moment as the two sides are reunited or meet each other for the first time.
