Jerry Hall

Who Do You Think You Are? Magazine - - NEW SERIES REVEALED -

One of the most famous models in the world, Jerry Hall grew up in Texas. She knew her father’s family had its roots in Oldham, Lancashire, and wanted to find out how they ended up in America. “We learnt at school about Texas and American history. We learnt about the early settlers. I just can’t believe my relatives did it. They were pretty tough.” Meanwhile, a wooden chest full of papers and photographs gave her some clues about her mother’s pioneer lineage and her investigations led her to one of the greatest heroes of the ‘ Wild West’. “Everyone in the family has followed their dream and just gone for things. I think we’ve definitely got some pioneer spirit in our blood!”
