A SHOPPING parade will get a makeover under new plans.
Applicants Aus-Bore submitted a planning application to Cheshire East to make alterations to St Ann’s Parade in Wilmslow, which is home to a row of shops in the town centre.
The plan is to replace the painted brickwork walls and clay wall tiles on the three-storey block with a combination of aluminium cladding, weatherboarding and painted brickwork.
There will be new entrance signs and other signage.
Wilmslow Town Council discussed the application at their last meeting and made no objection.
A decision is expected on the proposal this week.
