Fuel spillage causes chaos on M4
SLOUGH: The M4 between junction 7 and 6 eastbound was closed for several hours on Tuesday after a fuel spillage blocked all four lanes.
A number of people suffered minor injuries after the six vehicle collision at about 8.40am.
Three patients were treated at the scene before being taken to Wexham Park Hospital.
Two lanes required resurfacing due to the large diesel spill with Thames Valley Police warning drivers it would be closed for a ‘significant period’.
Highways England said the road reopened at about 7.30pm.
