Shotts out of the relegation zone, they responded in a superb manner.
A Danny Burns hat-trick – two before half time – helped McGuinness’ men gain control of the game and create some distance between themselves and the Vics.
However, Shotts remain on level points with fourth bottom Cumbernauld United, who currently occupy the last relegation place.
The packed schedule keeps on coming for the Bonny and tonight (Wednesday) they travel to Petershill looking to win three games in a row for the first time this season. On Saturday, the Bonny will look to keep their good run going as they visit mid-table Renfrew. Kick-off is 2pm.
