In dock after being caught at house
A man has been put under supervision after being caught in the garden of a house near his home in Craigneuk.
Liam Boyle admitted being found in the curtilage of the house in Laurel Drive on March 11 and that in the circumstances it was implied that he intended to commit theft.
In a separate case, the 29-year-old, also of Laurel Drive, pleaded guilty to breaching his bail conditions on May 25 by being outwith his bail address between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
Boyle was given a 12-month community payback order with a supervision requirement when his case called at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week.
