2 ACCEPT THAT HEARTACHE IS HUMAN. THERE IS NOT SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU FEEL SAD! 3 FEEL YOUR FEELINGS AND TRY TO BE KIND TO YOURSELF.

4 TRY TO LAUGH. WATCH AND READ FUNNY THINGS, AND KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR SILVER LININGS.

5 DON’T FEEL BAD ABOUT FEELING BAD, AND DON’T FEEL BAD WHEN YOU CAN – EVENTUALLY – FEEL GOOD.
