BREAK­FAST: Cooked break­fast. Serve 1 egg (fried or scram­bled), 1 slice grilled ba­con, cooked toma­toes and mush­rooms with 1 slice rye bread. Glass of freshly squeezed or­ange juice. LUNCH: Prawn salad. mix leafy greens, toma­toes, av­o­cado and 75g cooked prawns. Dress with olive oil and le­mon juice. DIN­NER: Puff pas­try with as­para­gus and pro­sciutto. Glaze 1 palm-sized por­tion of puff pas­try with egg. Bake and top with cooked as­para­gus, pro­sciutto and Parme­san shav­ings.
