BREAKFAST: Cooked breakfast. Serve 1 egg (fried or scrambled), 1 slice grilled bacon, cooked tomatoes and mushrooms with 1 slice rye bread. Glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. LUNCH: Prawn salad. mix leafy greens, tomatoes, avocado and 75g cooked prawns. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice. DINNER: Puff pastry with asparagus and prosciutto. Glaze 1 palm-sized portion of puff pastry with egg. Bake and top with cooked asparagus, prosciutto and Parmesan shavings.
