In the spotlight

Duchess of Cambridge

Woman (UK) - - Inside This Issue -

In every sense, the Duchess of Cambridge is the perfect royal and the world rejoiced when it was announced that she and Prince william are expecting baby number three. But since then it’s all gone spookily quiet. Behind closed doors at Kensington Palace, Kate, 35, is suffering from extreme morning sickness – unable to venture out of the house, even to see off son Prince George, four, on his first day of

school. While morning sickness is something a lot of expectant mothers experience, for Kate it means cancelled engagements and lots of rest at home. A situation, we’re told, that has left her feeling lonely and isolated.

A well-placed source tells Woman, ‘When you’re used to being out and about and surrounded by a lot of people, like Kate, it’s quite difficult to suddenly be shut off from the world while William continues on with their duties.’
