As Holly herself recently confessed, ‘The children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself. And I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy, that’s all that matters.’

‘She’s not doing it by exercising madly, but the oldest trick in the book – lots of low-intensity movement, like walking everywhere and always taking the stairs, plus eating healthily.’
And Holly, who famously enjoys boozy nights out with her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield, is also said to have discovered another slimming secret weapon to add to her arsenal.
