‘She’s not do­ing it by ex­er­cis­ing madly, but the old­est trick in the book – lots of low-in­ten­sity move­ment, like walk­ing every­where and al­ways tak­ing the stairs, plus eat­ing healthily.’

And Holly, who fa­mously en­joys boozy nights out with her This Morn­ing co-host Phillip Schofield, is also said to have dis­cov­ered an­other slim­ming se­cret weapon to add to her ar­se­nal.
