Will He change?

ayear ago I started dating a friend. He never seemed keen on having a relationship but agreed when I asked him to be with me. We don’t have sex and he says he doesn’t have romantic feelings for me. We talk very openly and I’ve said I’m willing to go along with this for now but hope he changes. He’s says he’s ok with me ending it if I want. Am I being unfair putting this pressure on him, expecting it to change?
