(Choose one, all serve one) ✱ Leek and tar­ragon omelette: Put chopped leeks and 2tsp veg­etable stock in a fry­ing pan sprayed with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray. Stir through 1tsp freshly chopped tar­ragon. Beat 3 eggs in a mug and sea­son. Pour the egg mix­ture into the pan and cook un­til set. Serve hot with salad. ✱ Burger salad: Serve 2 Slim­ming World Syn-free Quar­ter Pounders (avail­able at ice­land) on a salad of let­tuce, tomato, cu­cum­ber and gherkins. Top with 3 Leer­dammer Cheese Slice Thins (from your al­lowance) and serve with 1 level tbsp Tesco Sweet Burger Sauce. ✱ mush­room and turkey stacks: grill por­to­bello mush­rooms, halved to­ma­toes and turkey rash­ers. Put the mush­rooms on a plate, grilled side up, add a few torn basil leaves and top with to­ma­toes and turkey rash­ers. ✱ Jacket and beans: Top a baked potato with baked beans and serve with salad.
