(Choose one, all serve one) ✱ Bacon sandwich: grilled lean bacon rashers (all visible fat removed) sandwiched between 2 medium slices of wholemeal bread (from a small 400g loaf). Enjoy with 1 level tbsp tomato ketchup or brown sauce. ✱ Baked oats: mix 40g porridge oats with 1 egg, 50ml semi-skimmed milk and 1tbsp sweetener (optional). Preheat oven to 200C/gas 6 and bake in an ovenproof dish for 20 minutes.
