Beat 2-3 eggs along with some quark, chopped mushrooms and seasoning. Fry in the pan to make an omelette. Serve with grilled vine tomatoes. ✱ French toast Soak 2 medium slices of wholemeal bread (from a small 400g loaf) in beaten egg along with a pinch of sweetener. Fry in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve with fresh blueberries. ✱ Fruit salad Fill a bowl with fat-free natural yogurt and top with sliced nectarine, strawberries and passion fruit.
