(choose one, all serve one) ✱ smoked salmon and eggs

Spray a pan with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray and scram­ble 2-3 eggs. Serve with smoked salmon slices and some blanched as­para­gus spears. ✱ all-bran brekkie Top 50g all-bran with fat-free nat­u­ral yo­gurt, sliced grapes and chopped fresh kiwi fruit. ✱ mush­room omelette Spray a pan with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray. Beat 2-3 eggs along with some quark, chopped mush­rooms and sea­son­ing. Fry in the pan to make an omelette. Serve with grilled vine toma­toes. ✱ French toast Soak 2 medium slices of whole­meal bread (from a small 400g loaf) in beaten egg along with a pinch of sweet­ener. Fry in a pan sprayed with low-calo­rie cook­ing spray for a few min­utes on each side, un­til golden brown. Serve with fresh blue­ber­ries. ✱ Fruit salad Fill a bowl with fat-free nat­u­ral yo­gurt and top with sliced nec­tarine, straw­ber­ries and pas­sion fruit.
