QI al­ways re­ally strug­gle to go to the doc­tor – I know they are stretched and busy and don’t want to bother them. How do I know if I am ill enough to see the doc­tor?

Aear­lier, rather than later when your symp­toms or any dis­ease may have pro­gressed, may make it eas­ier to treat any con­di­tion.

If you are talk­ing about health anx­i­ety and feel you would be at the doc­tors ev­ery day with symp­toms, then anx­i­ety can be an is­sue it­self so please do speak to your doc­tor. Even in the midst of the coro­n­avirus pan­demic, GP surg­eries are open and func­tion­ing, just try­ing to do as much on the phone as possible.
