WEIGHT LOSS HASN’T IMPROVED MY SEX LIFE!
QLast summer, I started a new diet plan, and have dropped from a size 20 to a size 14. On the one hand, I’m thrilled; on the other hand, I’m not used to getting so much attention, and I keep feeling that I should get sexual with a man just because he’s interested. Now I’ve had so many disappointing experiences that I almost feel like putting the weight back on again!
APlease don’t put the weight back on – you’re almost certainly healthier for having lost it! Instead, learn to handle the offers you’re getting. The key is to take charge. Make it clear early on that sex isn’t the first thing on your agenda. Then wait – if necessary for weeks or months – until you feel comfortable, trusting and connected to a potential partner. You’re far less likely to be disappointed. Above all, only have sex because you want it.
