Broc­coli and car­rots. ◆ Baked salmon steak topped with salsa, 200g boiled new pota­toes and steamed veg. ◆ 150g white fish steak wrapped in a pro­sciutto slice and baked, with 200g sweet pota­toes mashed (with 2 tsp olive oil), bagged leaves. ◆ Half pack mor­risons sig­na­ture Beef Bour­guignon with spinach and three baby new pota­toes. small pot of cho­co­late mousse. ◆ 75g dried fusilli, boiled and served with 175g fresh tomato and basil sauce and 80g cooked, char­grilled chicken slices.
