Easyrisotto cakes Gran Gallo Risotto Rice, 500g, Asda.

Heat 2tbsp oil in a fry­ing pan on a medium heat. Cook 200g risotto to pack in­struc­tions. Next, set up a ‘bread­ing sta­tion’ – take three plates, put 100g plain flour on one, one beaten egg on an­other and 120g

bread­crumbs on the third. Once the risotto has cooked, leave to one side to cool. Once cool enough to han­dle, di­vide the risotto into four por­tions, mould into a round shape and dip first in flour, then the egg and bread­crumbs. Place each cake in the hot oil and fry for 5 mins. Serve with salad.
