7 Should I get a flu jab or will it leave me feeling ill?

Flu is relatively common during the winter months, and most people will be ok. however, it can be serious and even land you in hospital. if you qualify for a free flu vaccine, then take it up (e.g. children, elderly, pregnant women, those with long-term medical problems) because you are at a higher risk. For anyone else, you can buy the vaccine quite cheaply. it might give you a bit of a sore arm for a little while, but it won’t give you the flu!
