fatty acid in wal­nut and flaxseed oil. Vi­ta­min E and omega-3 fatty acids are di­rectly linked to brain health and a lower risk of de­men­tia in sci­en­tific stud­ies. I sug­gest mak­ing ex­tra-vir­gin olive oil your pri­mary oil, and us­ing two ta­ble­spoons a day.
