Heel digs Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides. Place alternate heels to the front keeping your toes pointed up. Punch your arms out in front with each ‘dig.’ Aim for 60 ‘digs’ in one minute, keeping your knee on your supporting leg slightly bent.
