Fewer pills

Woman's Weekly (UK) - - Short Story By Gabrielle Mullarkey -

English primary care services issued almost a million fewer prescriptions last year, saving around £73 million, and bucking recent trends in both the number and cost of prescriptions. It’s not yet clear if this may be due to more costeffective prescription reviews, to pharmacy online prescription ordering systems, or if we’re buying more items ourselves, as a result of the recent ban on prescribing pharmacy or ‘low-value’ drugs.
