Take this daily as a tablespoonful or a shot. At
first it will be a little hard to handle, but persevere and after a week or so your body will crave the acidity and in turn retain
the benefits from all the
incredible herbs and spices. Makes 300Ml
3 garlic cloves, peeled 1cm knob of fresh ginger, peeled
2.5cm knob of fresh turmeric root, peeled
1 lemon, peeled (keep the peel for another use)
10g fresh horseradish root, peeled
Pinch of cayenne pepper 2tbsp raw honey
300ml organic raw apple cider vinegar
300ml sterilised glass bottle Put the garlic, ginger, turmeric, lemon and horseradish through a juice extractor, then mix in all the other ingredients. If you don’t have a juicer, grate the garlic and all the roots into a bowl, squeeze in the lemon juice, then mix with all the other ingredients. Pour into a sterilised glass bottle, seal and label.
Store in the fridge and use within two weeks. Take as required.
