Take this daily as a ta­ble­spoon­ful or a shot. At

first it will be a lit­tle hard to han­dle, but per­se­vere and af­ter a week or so your body will crave the acid­ity and in turn re­tain

the ben­e­fits from all the

in­cred­i­ble herbs and spices. Makes 300Ml

3 gar­lic cloves, peeled 1cm knob of fresh gin­ger, peeled

2.5cm knob of fresh turmeric root, peeled

1 le­mon, peeled (keep the peel for an­other use)

10g fresh horse­rad­ish root, peeled

Pinch of cayenne pep­per 2tbsp raw honey

300ml or­ganic raw ap­ple cider vine­gar

300ml ster­ilised glass bot­tle Put the gar­lic, gin­ger, turmeric, le­mon and horse­rad­ish through a juice ex­trac­tor, then mix in all the other in­gre­di­ents. If you don’t have a juicer, grate the gar­lic and all the roots into a bowl, squeeze in the le­mon juice, then mix with all the other in­gre­di­ents. Pour into a ster­ilised glass bot­tle, seal and la­bel.

Store in the fridge and use within two weeks. Take as re­quired.
