Woman's Weekly (UK) - - Cookery -

More people are being diagnosed with coeliac disease thanks to greater awareness – detection rates rose by 25% between 2011 and 2015. Sensitivity to gluten in wheat and other cereals can mimic irritable bowel syndrome, but causes malnutrition and other, preventable, long-term effects. It can be diagnosed from a blood test, provided you don’t cut out gluten beforehand. See for more.
