Tech­nique

Start with feet shoul­der-width apart. Come down to a half squat – as soon as you reach this point, ex­plode up onto the box. Aim for the short­est amount of time be­tween com­ing down and spring­ing back up. Land with soft knees – don’t al­low the knees to col­lapse in – and then stand up. Step off the box and re­peat.
