Start in plank po­si­tion with arms straight and di­rectly be­neath the shoul­ders. Bend your arms to lower your body to­wards the floor in a straight line, keep­ing the el­bows in tight to the body. Push back up to plank po­si­tion. Jump legs out to either side, jump back in to plank and re­peat.
