I en­joyed your Nour­ish fea­ture Get your fill [June is­sue]. I get fed up of re­stric­tive di­ets, as they can be in­ef­fec­tive and lead to a host of de­fi­cien­cies. I’ve even found they en­cour­age sig­nif­i­cant re­bound weight gain. So I was keen to read on and learn how to make some fab­u­lous nu­tri­ent-dense meals to put an end to the pal­try por­tions of bad-for-you foods that I’ve cho­sen in the past.
