I just wanted to write and a say a big thank you forthe­for home stretch [June is­sue]. Any­one who’s ever suf­fered from sci­at­ica knows it’s a real pain in the butt – lit­er­ally. These ex­er­cises have helped take the pres­sure off the nerve, which has less­ened the pain and kept my sci­at­ica from com­ing back. I also feel my mo­bil­ity and flex­i­bil­ity im­prov­ing daily.
