Area trained: TRICEPS Tech­nique Ly­ing on your back on the bench, start with the dumb­bells in your hands straight up in the air and ver­ti­cal to the floor. Slowly bend the el­bow (tak­ing care not to move the up­per arm) un­til the el­bows are fully bent and the dumb­bells are next to your ears. Re­verse the move­ment back to the start po­si­tion.
