Ar­eas trained: CORE, SIDES Tech­nique Be­gin kneel­ing on your right knee with your left foot for­ward. Hold a weight in both hands. Keep­ing the weight close to your body, en­gage your ab­dom­i­nal and core mus­cles and take the weight up to the right cor­ner of the room. Take it down again in a di­ag­o­nal mo­tion, past your left thigh, and re­peat.
