AXA PPP Health­care’s Clin­i­cal Direc­tor for Psy­cho­log­i­cal Health, Dr Mark Win­wood, has come up with a daily for­mula to im­prove en­ergy lev­els and well­be­ing: Try 30 min­utes of walk­ing or light ex­er­cise, fol­lowed by 20 min­utes of wind­ing down be­fore bed and 10 min­utes of ‘me time’. Bet­ter mood, mo­ti­va­tion and per­for­mance at work, sorted!
