Kombucha is a fermented drink, comprised of black tea and sugar, that has been fermented by bacteria and yeast, commonly known as SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). The fermentation makes the drink slightly fizzy and it contains B vitamins, enzymes and probiotics, which are all important for supporting good gut health and immunity.
