Tech­nique

Start with your knees just off the floor di­rectly un­der your hips, hands di­rectly un­der your shoul­ders. Feed one leg through to the op­po­site side of your body, and lift the op­po­site arm off the floor to­wards your face, keeping the out­side of the leg close to the floor. Re­turn to the start­ing po­si­tion and re­peat on the other side. Al­ter­nate sides with each rep.
