EXTENDED SIDE ANGLE
Areas trained: STOMACH, SIDES, CORE Technique Sit tall then open your right knee to the side and turn your right toes out to the right. Extend your left leg straight and angle your toes inwards slightly. From your warrior 2 stance take your right elbow on top of your right knee as you extend your left arm overhead at a 45-degree angle. Hold here and breathe for 5-8 breaths. Come up and repeat on the opposite side. Repeat on each side two more times.
