Ar­eas trained: STOM­ACH, SIDES, CORE Tech­nique Sit tall then open your right knee to the side and turn your right toes out to the right. Ex­tend your left leg straight and an­gle your toes in­wards slightly. From your war­rior 2 stance take your right el­bow on top of your right knee as you ex­tend your left arm over­head at a 45-de­gree an­gle. Hold here and breathe for 5-8 breaths. Come up and re­peat on the op­po­site side. Re­peat on each side two more times.
