Break­fast Cherry por­ridge

Cook 50ml por­ridge oats with 150ml al­mond milk. Top 4 (de-stoned) cher­ries and 1 ta­ble­spoon of pump­kin seeds.

Lunch Open chicken and salad sand­wich

Slice 4 radishes and 1 spring onion. Com­bine with a hand­ful of wa­ter­cress. Slice 1 roasted chicken breast and coat in a dress­ing made from 1 ta­ble­spoon of Greek yo­ghurt, the juice of ½ a lemon and 1 tea­spoon of chopped mint. Toast 2 thick slices of rye bread and di­vide the mix­ture be­tween them.

Din­ner Cheesy stuffed turkey breast with sweet potato chips

Make a deep pocket in a large turkey breast and fill with 20g moz­zarella, and 2 tomato slices. Pan-fry and serve with 1

sweet potato sliced into chips and cooked in the oven, and a large salad.
