I was ex­tremely grate­ful for all the ar­ti­cles to help with sleep in your Oc­to­ber is­sue. Mak­ing sim­ple but im­por­tant changes to my day­time rou­tine and bed­time habits will have a pro­found im­pact on how well I sleep, leav­ing me feel­ing men­tally sharp, emo­tion­ally bal­anced and full of en­ergy all day long. I’ll start to think about things like mind­ful­ness, my bed­room’s en­vi­ron­ment, wind down rou­tines, shut­ting down elec­tron­ics and lim­it­ing evening food and drinks. Thank you.
