I just wanted to say that I find your magazine to be very informative! I’m on a personal journey to become fitter and healthier and your magazine certainly helps! The exercise pages in your July issue are what kept me motivated on my holiday. A lot of other magazines are full of useless advertising but yours is on point and have also helped me.
