How­ever, a busy fes­tive cal­en­dar doesn’ t leave a lot of time for you, or your fit­ness, so we’ re here to make sure your healthy rou­tine doesn’ t get put on the back burner. In fact, the fes­tive sea­son is the per­fect time to reboot your body for the month of par­ties and fun ahead.
