DO IT YOURSELF
Most commercial gyms don’t offer strongman equipment, but there are certain moves you could try using kettlebells and tyres, if your gym has them. Team up with some buddies, and try farmer’s walks carrying heavy kettlebells, tyre flips and clean and presses with a barbell or sandbag. Make sure you go through each move slowly focusing on good form before starting a circuit, for which you should then perform a minute of each move taking no rest. Take a minute’s rest after a whole circuit has been completed before repeating it all over for a total of three sets. Always focus on form rather speed or intensity.
