Stand with your feet shoul­der­width apart and your chest up proud, grip­ping the ket­tle­bell just un­der­neath your chin. De­scend into a squat with your weight on your heels and chest re­main­ing up to pre­vent your­self from slouch­ing for­wards. Once you reach the bot­tom of the squat ex­plode up­wards into the top po­si­tion of the squat while si­mul­ta­ne­ously press­ing the ket­tle­bell up over your head.
