► £39.95, I ab­so­lutely loved this pro­gramme. I was a mas­sive fan of the fact that you didn’t need a gym­mem­ber­ship in or­der to com­plete it and that it comes with a con­crete plan of at­tack each day. The work­outs are man­age­able and bear­able at only 30 min­utes per ses­sion, but even for those who train reg­u­larly, they’re not for the faint­hearted. They’re chal­leng­ing but en­joy­able and com­bined with an on point eat­ing plan – you’ll feel ef­fects within a cou­ple of weeks. Be­cause of this, you do feel the mo­ti­va­tion to keep go­ing. The one thing I would say is that while the work­outs are chal­leng­ing, if you train reg­u­larly al­ready, it would be nice for the stages to have a cou­ple more lev­els of in­ten­sity.
