Christ­mas is one of the most won­der­ful times of the year, but when your so­cial cal­en­dar starts fill­ing up, don’t put your healthy regime on the back burner. In fact, the fes­tive sea­son is the per­fect time to reboot your body for the month of par­ties and fun ahead.

Our five-day plan is de­signed to do just that – it’s a fool­proof way of safe­guard­ing your body from Christ­mas ex­cess, prim­ing your body with nur­tur­ing nu­tri­ents.

Over five days you’ll eat nu­tri­tious, de­li­cious meals that you’ll ac­tu­ally look for­ward to. Each meal is packed with nu­tri­ents to help you power through the party sea­son while detox­i­fy­ing your body. One of the best things about the plan is that it’s easy to fol­low. Meals take no more than 20 min­utes, from prep to plate, and you’ll get the most out of the cook­ing time by mak­ing some meals in batches. Then all you need to do is por­tion out, stash in con­tain­ers and store in the fridge.

Ev­ery day you’ll eat three meals and two snacks to keep your en­ergy lev­els up and tummy feel­ing full. We’ve in­di­cated the cor­rect por­tion sizes and in­cluded lots of sa­ti­at­ing foods so you’ll feel sat­is­fied all day long. We want to give you a help­ing hand to keep your healthy habits on track over the party sea­son, and our five-day kick-start is de­signed to do just that.
