Over five days you’ll eat nutritious, delicious meals that you’ll actually look forward to. Each meal is packed with nutrients to help you power through the party season while detoxifying your body. One of the best things about the plan is that it’s easy to follow. Meals take no more than 20 minutes, from prep to plate, and you’ll get the most out of the cooking time by making some meals in batches. Then all you need to do is portion out, stash in containers and store in the fridge.
Every day you’ll eat three meals and two snacks to keep your energy levels up and tummy feeling full. We’ve indicated the correct portion sizes and included lots of satiating foods so you’ll feel satisfied all day long.
