Cheetahs barely drink
One dose of water every three to four days is all it takes to keep a cheetah alive. As water is so scarce in the animal’s native range it has adapted to life with little hydration. This species quenches its rare thirst at water holes, rivers and creeks alongside other savannah wildlife. Even with unlimited access to water the cheetah has no need to drink on a daily basis.
