Unlocking the potential of land
KEYLAND HAS an extensive land bank, with some 800 acres owned outright and a further 700 acres in joint venture partnerships.
The Leeds-based company’s development pipeline includes some 6,000 residential units and more than 4m sq ft of commercial space. Keyland recently extended its service to other landowners in the north of England. In addition to the sites that already have planning permission, Keyland has a further 10 sites within its portfolio it is seeking to unlock over the next three years.
It aims to increase this as it takes more redundant land from Yorkshire Water and signs up other landowners via its planning promotional agreements initiative.
