Col­liers named as joint agent to business park

COL­LIERS IN­TER­NA­TIONAL in Leeds has been ap­pointed as joint agents with Knight Frank to mar­ket the 29-acre de­vel­op­ment site, Capi­tol Park in Goole, on be­half of Ster­ling Capi­tol.

Lo­cated ad­ja­cent to Junc­tion 36 of the M62 mo­tor­way, within the En­ter­prise Zone, Capi­tol Park is home to a number of blue chip com­pa­nies, in­clud­ing Guardian In­dus­tries, which oc­cu­pies a 700,000 sq ft pur­pose built man­u­fac­tur­ing unit on the park.

The site ex­tends to ap­prox­i­mately 29 acres and ben­e­fits from out­line plan­ning con­sent for B1/ B2 and B8 uses and can com­fort­ably ac­com­mo­date build­ings of up to 550,000 sq ft on ei­ther a free­hold or lease­hold ba­sis.
