Mills & Reeve helps firm raise £1.6m

The cor­po­rate team at the Leeds of­fice of law firm Mills & Reeve has ad­vised an Amer­i­can clean wa­ter tech­nol­ogy com­pany on a £1.6m fundrais­ing. HaloSource Cor­po­ra­tion, which is quoted on the Lon­don Stock Ex­change’s AIM mar­ket, in­no­vates and in­te­grates tech­nolo­gies to de­liver clean drink­ing wa­ter so­lu­tions to brands around the world. The com­pany works with sci­en­tists to im­prove drink­ing wa­ter qual­ity.

It has raised £1.6m from new and ex­ist­ing share­hold­ers to con­tinue the com­mer­cial­i­sa­tion of the com­pany’s lead re­duc­tion tech­nol­ogy and as­trea brand.
